Fair refund rules
Every item you order is printed by hand for you ('Print-on-Demand'). This sets us apart from traditional online stores. We can't simply return exchanged products and resell them. Nevertheless, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That's why you can rely on our fair return policy.
Exchange within 30 days
Exchange your product within 30 days from the order date if the item doesn't fit, you're not happy with it, or for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer the following return options as a Print-on-Demand provider:

Returning is very easy
-Open your shipping confirmation or your account
- Click on 'Returns'
- Select a reason for the return and choose a refund option
- If you give something back, it will normally be handled within 7 working days.
Who pays the costs for the returned items?
For orders over €40, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Always contact us before returning anything. We often find a solution that prevents unnecessary back-and-forth shipping. Save your time and the environment!
What happens with the returned items?
Every item you order from us is unique. That doesn't mean we simply throw away the returned items.

Donation: New items returned to us will be donated to charity, e.g., to associations or families in need.

Recycling and further processing: Anything we're legally prohibited from donating (e.g., personalized designs or company logos) is given to a recycling company. This way, these items also get a second life, for example, as protective insulation.
